Nestled within the Legends Residence on the northwest coast of Moorea, Villa Anani invites you to enjoy an authentic Polynesian experience surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and nature.
Entirely built of wood and inspired by Balinese architecture, the villa offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, natural lines and a design that blends harmoniously into its tropical surroundings.

Designed with the Polynesian climate in mind, the villa naturally prioritizes airflow and natural ventilation. The windows are fitted with louvred shutters that can be closed but are not glazed. In the non-air-conditioned areas, the roof design also provides permanent natural ventilation, encouraging continuous airflow and helping to keep the living spaces naturally cooler. This tropical architectural design intentionally maintains a close connection between the house and its outdoor environment.

The villa features three bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for additional comfort. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and washbasin, provide convenience and privacy for guests.
Set entirely on one level, the villa has been designed for easy and comfortable living, allowing guests to make the most of the relaxed Polynesian lifestyle. It features a bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together.

Outside, the terrace features a furnished patio, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as an unheated whirlpool, perfect for relaxing in Moorea's tropical climate.
With no direct neighbours overlooking the property, the villa enjoys beautiful views of the lush tropical vegetation, providing privacy and an immersive natural setting.

The villa is located within a beautifully landscaped, private and secure residence, with pleasant pathways ideal for a stroll. Guests also have access to a large shared swimming pool, a tennis court and a fitness room during their stay.

Villa Anani is also an ideal base from which to discover Moorea's beaches, water activities and iconic landscapes.

About Moorea

Moorea is located just 5 minutes from Tahiti by plane and approximately 20 to 40 minutes by ferry. The island offers a wide range of land and water activities, including lagoon excursions and hiking.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island, as Moorea does not have a regular public transportation network. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.

• In the non-air-conditioned areas, the roof design provides permanent natural ventilation. These areas are therefore not fully sealed or acoustically isolated from the outdoor environment.
