Located within a secure residence in the north-west of the island, Villa Noa Vai is an exclusive address designed for stays centered around comfort, serenity and refinement.
Surrounded by a landscaped, enclosed garden, this modern villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it ideal for family getaways or holidays with friends.
From the moment you enter, the villa charms with its clean, modern lines, bright living room and elegant décor—every detail carefully curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The main living area naturally opens onto the outdoors, offering uninterrupted views of the river, garden and beautiful turquoise pool.
Please note that the living room does not have glass sliding doors and is secured with roller shutters on both sides.
The fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto the main living area, allowing effortless connection and conviviality during evenings with family or friends.
Outside, the pool blends harmoniously into its surroundings, offering a private, secure and peaceful space framed by tropical vegetation.
It extends toward a sheltered outdoor kitchen nestled under a fare potée (traditional Polynesian shelter), a perfect spot for shaded al fresco dining.
The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests, along with two modern bathrooms designed for everyone’s comfort and privacy.
The first bedroom, located at the entrance of the house, has its own ensuite bathroom (Italian-style shower and toilet), a TV and a queen-size bed (160x200).
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (queen-size – 160x200), while the third offers four sleeping options : one queen-size bed (160x200) and two bunk beds (90x200).
These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with an Italian-style shower and toilet.
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is available, ideal for medium- or long-term stays.
This room also includes an additional toilet.
A dedicated entertainment room, furnished with an XXL television and a large sofa, allows for cosy movie nights with friends or family.
The channel running through the residence, offering direct access to the sea, is located just in front of the villa and is easily reachable via the dedicated ramp.
Villa Noa Vai is located in a seaside residential estate known as the “Little Venice” of Moorea. The property enjoys a truly unique setting, as it is crossed by a canal leading directly to the lagoon, offering privileged access to the sea by kayak.
During your stay, two double kayaks will be at your disposal. The channel is easily accessible via a dedicated kayak ramp located in the garden.
Set in a quiet and residential environment, this holiday home enjoys a strategic location, just steps away from small shops, boutiques and restaurants, while remaining close to a wide range of tourist activities.
Only a few minutes away, the villa is ideally located near the two motu of Tiahura, the island’s famous rays and sharks snorkeling spot, as well as the Coco Beach pier—an iconic must-visit during your stay in Moorea.

Cancelation policy
Cancellation conditions – Cancellation penalty:
In case of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the RENTER promises to inform TAHITI HOMES of his/her decision as soon as possible by registered mail with proof of delivery, being specified that no cancellation will be taken into account if communicated by telephone. The date of reception determines the cost of cancellation according to the following schedule (except in case of duly justified force majeure).
This schedule does not apply to many cases of cancellation covered by insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, property degradation, etc.) that you can purchase from our Agency, such insurance is facultative and its cost is calculated fairly in function of the amount of your rent.
If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your date of arrival: reimbursement of the received down payment.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of the amount of your rent + 84 € (or 10,000 XPF) fee. (i.e. the amount of down payment)
If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival in the premises: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rent and associated services.
No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
It is specified that in all cases of cancellation, the administrative cost 84 € (or 10,000 XPF) remains acquired to the TAHITI HOMES Agency.
When receiving the cancellation, the present contract shall be deemed null and void with full rights and TAHITI HOMES may dispose of the rented property.
