The property includes a main house and an independent bungalow, both offering unobstructed views. The main house features a bright living room with a smart TV, an elegant dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (stove, hood, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine). Thanks to large bay windows, these spaces naturally extend towards the garden and a spacious terrace offering a breathtaking view of the lagoon and the island of Tahiti.

Villa Kahia can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all fitted with premium bedding (2 king-size beds and 2 queen-size beds). It also has 3 modern bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is equipped with an individual safe, and the property is also secured with an alarm system and external camera. The fiber optic connection guarantees stable Wi-Fi throughout the house.

This seasonal rental villa also offers direct access to the sea, with the possibility of mooring a small boat in front of the property via the Vaiare pass.

The tropical garden, carefully maintained, is ideal for relaxation: in the shade of the trees or on the loungers facing the lagoon. The shallow waters in front of the villa are perfect for swimming, especially for children.
