The Villa Fare Nui comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decor, inspired by Polynesian culture, is tasteful and appealing. The villa offers breathtaking views of the pass, with spacious, luminous interiors featuring a pool and patio.
MOTU FARA: An Exceptional Private Island
This exclusive private island is home to two independent villas: Villa Fara Nui and Villa Fara Iti. Guests may choose to book one of the villas or privatize the entire islet for a fully immersive and exclusive stay. All meals are served in a private overwater restaurant located on the motu and reserved exclusively for guests.
VILLA FARA NUI
The villa accommodates up to six guests and includes complimentary high-speed internet from the moment you arrive. Subtly and elegantly decorated, the villa draws inspiration from Polynesian culture.
It offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the lagoon, facing the Avatoru pass. The interiors combine modern comfort with local architecture, featuring bright, spacious living areas. The lounge includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large glass-fronted living room with a cozy sofa, and a dining area for four.
For leisure, a foosball table is available for family fun, along with an air-conditioned lounge equipped with a high-definition television and Netflix—perfect for a relaxed movie night. The villa offers three luxurious bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and refined décor.
At the heart of the villa lies its inviting patio. Next to the pool, sun loungers and an outdoor lounge area are perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sea breeze. A six-person dining table completes the outdoor space, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable al fresco meals.

• Round-trip airport transfer by shuttle and private boat: 5,000 XPF per person (approx. €42)

Free cancellation up to 31 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation conditions – Cancellation penalty:
In case of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the RENTER promises to inform TAHITI HOMES of his/her decision as soon as possible by registered mail with proof of delivery, being specified that no cancellation will be taken into account if communicated by telephone. The date of reception determines the cost of cancellation according to the following schedule (except in case of duly justified force majeure).
This schedule does not apply to many cases of cancellation covered by insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, property degradation, etc.) that you can purchase from our Agency, such insurance is facultative and its cost is calculated fairly in function of the amount of your rent.
If your cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your date of arrival: down payment will be kept.
If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival in the premises: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rent and associated services.
No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
It is specified that in all cases of cancellation, the administrative cost 84 € (or 10000 XPF) remains acquired to the TAHITI HOMES Agency.
When receiving the cancellation, the present contract shall be deemed null and void with full rights and TAHITI HOMES may dispose of the rented property.
