ACCOMMODATION:
Motu Fara is a 16,000m2 motu in Tahiti that features two superb wooden
villas, villa FARE NUI and villa FARE ITI, set in the center of a lush coconut grove. The exclusive sanctuary was carefully renovated in 2023 and evokes the charm of local architecture with a touch of modernity, creating the perfect harmony between authenticity and nature.
Each villa can accommodate up to six people, offering a total of twelve beds. Both villas offer complimentary high-speed internet access and are
tastefully decorated with Polynesian-inspired touches, including floral motifs and traditional carvings.
• Villa Fare Nui :
Faces the Avatoru pass and offers an exclusive view of the lagoon.
The villa combines modernity and local architecture, creating a welcoming interior with generous, bright spaces. The living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a large, fully-glazed living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area for 4.
In addition to the comforts of home, you can enjoy a foosball table for family games, and an air-conditioned lounge area with an HDTV connected to Netflix for discovering or rediscovering some classics.
The villa has three bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms offer every comfort and are decorated with care.
The centerpiece of the villa is undoubtedly the terrace. At the end of the pool, sun loungers and an outdoor lounge make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. A dining table for six guests completes the outdoor furnishings.
• Villa Fare Iti :
The house is constructed entirely from exotic red wood. The living space centers around a cozy lounge with a large sofa and HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals.
The natural materials of the house contrast with the bright colors of the exterior. Every corner exudes local style and creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
The terrace is ideally laid out with a charming dining room for six guests under the covered area. Just a few steps away, you'll find a swimming pool with a blue hue that rivals that of the nearby ocean. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers and a seating area for four at the front of the terrace. You can enjoy the view and sunsets while sipping a cocktail.
Villa Fara Iti has two air-conditioned bedrooms, and one mezzanine with two single beds in the main house. Each bedrooms has its own bathroom except for the mezzanine. The second bedroom features a cozy living area with a glass door that opens onto a terrace, providing an outdoor space to enjoy fresh air.
The master suite is a spacious detached bungalow with panoramic lagoon views and an open-air shower. A private terrace invites you to extend your outdoor relaxation experience. Comfortable loungers are available for basking in the sun or relaxing in the shade.

On-site, there is dedicated staff at your service and a talented chef.
A provision of 1,000€** per person per night is required for meals, drinks, and activities.
The remaining balance of the deposit will be returned to the agency or the client at the end of their stay. If there is an insufficient amount of deposit during the stay, the agency will be notified and the client can either replenish their account or pay the remaining balance at the end of their stay using the available payment terminal on site.
**Please note that the deposit is an optional payment method for clients who wish to pay for their entire stay in advance, but it is not mandatory. Meals (lunches and dinners), beverages, and activities can be paid for on-site at the end of the stay by the client.
