CONDITIONS

The nightly rate displayed on our website is based on an occupancy of 6 guests. Please contact us for rates accommodating up to 12 guests.
As each stay is unique, with different durations and group sizes, we invite you to request a personalized quote tailored to your needs.

Rates include:
Exclusive use of the entire estate with a full-time service team, including a villa manager, private chef, daily housekeeping, butler, concierge, and marine biologist.
The property is available solely for private rental. Additional services can be arranged upon request.

Rates do not include:

Tourist tax of €1.68 per person, per day

Security deposit equal to 15% of the total stay

Food and beverage costs

An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 15% of the total stay will be required and specified in your rental agreement. Actual expenses may vary according to individual consumption.

Boat transfers to and from Bora Bora Airport are not included.
