Nestled on a lush hillside on Moorea's northwest coast, Villa Tea Tea enjoys a privileged setting surrounded by tropical vegetation. From the villa, sweeping views open out over the lagoon and the island's spectacular scenery.

Entirely built from exotic wood, this architect-designed villa combines Polynesian charm, tropical inspiration and contemporary comfort. Its architecture has been designed to encourage open living, natural airflow and a close connection with the surrounding tropical environment.

As soon as you enter the villa, you are greeted by a magnificent 180° view over the lagoon. The spacious terrace is one of the home's main living areas, featuring a covered lounge and dining area as well as an unheated outdoor whirlpool – the perfect place to relax while enjoying the view.

The fully equipped kitchen and living room open generously onto the terrace and face the lagoon. These areas are not air-conditioned: their design prioritizes permanent natural ventilation, allowing air to circulate freely and helping to keep the living spaces naturally cooler.

Designed with the Polynesian climate in mind, the villa naturally prioritizes airflow and natural ventilation. The windows are fitted with louvred shutters that can be closed but are not fitted with glass panes. In the non-air-conditioned areas, the roof design also provides permanent natural ventilation, encouraging continuous airflow throughout the villa. This tropical architectural design intentionally maintains a close connection between the interior of the house and its outdoor environment.

Villa Tea Tea features three double bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom, overlooking the garden, features a king-size bed (180 cm), a private bathroom, a dressing area and air conditioning.
The second bedroom also overlooks the garden and features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and air conditioning. It shares a connecting bathroom with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and is not air-conditioned. It benefits from permanent natural ventilation thanks to the villa's open tropical design and its orientation towards the Moorea lagoon.

The living room and kitchen are also not air-conditioned and benefit from the villa's natural ventilation.

Fully furnished, equipped and carefully decorated, Villa Tea Tea offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, particularly suited to guests looking for a characterful home that embraces Moorea's tropical environment.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a television with French channels, two sun loungers and free private parking complete the villa's amenities.

About Moorea
Moorea is located just 5 minutes from Tahiti by plane and approximately 20 to 40 minutes by ferry. The island offers a wide variety of land and water activities, including lagoon excursions, snorkeling, water sports and hiking.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island, as Moorea does not have a regular and reliable public transportation network. Please feel free to contact us for any additional information.
