The ANAVAI apartment is a one-bedroom vacation rental located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (dating from 2021) in the heart of the capital city of Papeete, on the island of Tahiti.

Whether you are renting for vacations or business trips, the ANAVAI apartment is located in the popular Mission district where there are several elementary schools as well as the La Mennais high school, at walking distance from the city center and the shopping areas. It is only a few blocks away from the seaside and the marina of Papeete.

This neighborhood is one of the oldest in the capital but also one of the most dynamic thanks to the effervescence of the schools. Many new residences are being built here.

The fully air-conditioned and equipped apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a couple with one or two children under 12 years old. A supplement for the children will be asked. Please contact us for more information.

With a surface area of nearly 65m², the apartment has a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (toilet, shower and sink).

If your stay is concentrated in Papeete, it will not be necessary to rent a vehicle for the duration of your stay because everything is at walking distance within 10 minutes. However, if you wish to venture outside of
Papeete and discover the island of Tahiti, we strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle as public transportation is limited in its services and schedules. Do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.
