3-bedrooms wooden villa with small pool located hillside inside Legends Residence, Moorea.
Villa Tea Tea is located in the Legends Residence, on a hillside amidst lush vegetation. The place is a model of harmony between the mountains and the clear waters of the lagoon, inspired by ancient legends.
The residence, entirely secured, is a piece of heaven, grouping together wooden villas perfectly integrated into the environment.
The Villa Tea Tea is an architect's villa all in exotic wood that combines Polynesian charm and modernity.
Once you pass the main entrance door, a 180° view of the lagoon welcomes you warmly from the very spacious terrace with its covered sitting area (ideal for meals!) and a small unheated pool.
The fully equipped kitchen and the living room also open onto the terrace facing the lagoon, giving these rooms a natural ventilation which refreshes the villa in all seasons.
The lounge room is not air-conditioned.
The Villa Tea Tea has 3 double bedrooms, allowing it to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The master bedroom, overlooking the small garden, has a private bathroom, a dressing room and air conditioning.
The second bedroom overlooking the small garden is also equipped with air conditioning, but shares a bathroom with the third bedroom non air-conditioned, but is naturally ventilated thanks to its opening onto Moorea lagoon.
The Villa Tea Tea is a true cocoon in harmony with its environment, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with taste.
You will feel like in a hotel but with the freedom of your own home.
Free Wi-Fi, TV with french channels, 2 sun chairs and free parking complete the villa's amenities.

Moorea Island is located 5 minutes from Tahiti by plane and 20-40 minutes by ferry. The island has a wide range of sea and land activities to offer, including tours of the lagoon and hiking. Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 45 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation conditions – Cancellation penalty:
In case of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the RENTER promises to inform TAHITI HOMES of his/her decision as soon as possible by registered mail with proof of delivery, being specified that no cancellation will be taken into account if communicated by telephone. The date of reception determines the cost of cancellation according to the following schedule (except in case of duly justified force majeure).
This schedule does not apply to many cases of cancellation covered by insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, property degradation, etc.) that you can purchase from our Agency, such insurance is facultative and its cost is calculated fairly in function of the amount of your rent.
If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your date of arrival: reimbursement of the received down payment.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of the amount of your rent + 60 € (or 7160 XPF) fee. (i.e. the amount of down payment)
If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival in the premises: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rent and associated services.
No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
It is specified that in all cases of cancellation, the administrative cost 60 € (or 7160 XPF) remains acquired to the TAHITI HOMES Agency.
When receiving the cancellation, the present contract shall be deemed null and void with full rights and TAHITI HOMES may dispose of the rented property.

You get the same luxury vibe as staying at a resort for a much cheaper cost, plus a full kitchen where you can prepare your own meals once in awhile to further save on your trip costs. Villa Tea Tea was beautiful inside and out, with a stunning view of the ocean. The location was also perfect, a short driving distance from many of the popular attractions on the island. Also, the host communicated well and was very helpful and kind.
I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Location is good, just a few minutes drive from some good restaurants and market and activities. Villa itself is very quiet and safe area. Convenient to have laundry in the home. The deck outside the home is a perfect place to watch the sunset or thunderstorms in the evening.
While the open air home is nice when there is a breeze, it would have been 100 times nicer if we had known we needed a mosquito net for sleeping, as there is only one very small air conditioner unit in one of the back bedrooms, and the rest of the home is very very hot at night and FULL of Mosquitoes, which makes it very difficult to get sleep. mosquito nets would have made all the difference for our family.
Also, again because the home is open and not sealed, there are lots of rats in the house at night, so be sure not to leave anything at all on the kitchen counters.

The villa is well maintained and well furnished. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
Located within a very secluded private gated community. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We had excellent meals at Restaurant Tiahura , Holy Steakhouse, Casa Vincenzo, Chez Tamahau.
There is a nice market called Magasin Tiahura nearby. Great for buying water, drinks, and some food for the villa. We made breakfast every morning.
There is a table in the patio where we had enjoyable breakfasts and coffee.
I could sit there all day enjoying the view while sipping a cold Hinano (local Tahitian beer).
If you are terrified by geckos and small bugs, keep in mind this villa is in the hillside and you will see these critters at times in your room but they are harmless.
All in all, very happy with our stay. Would come back again in the future.
I think this place is as good as they get for a rental on this island. The view and location is unbeatable.
Lastly, Alizee, the host is very helpful with any needs. Very responsive.

Situation idéale proche restaurants, plage, tipaniers etc
Vue à couper le souffle, on voit même des baleines depuis le deck !
Rien à redire sur la fluidité de la réservation
3 vraies chambres (dont une suite parentale incroyable) mais une d’entre elle n’a pas proprement parler de plafond donc un poil moins intime : pas du tout gênant pour un week-end mais à savoir ;)
Cuisine parfaitement équipée, condiments à disposition, machine nespresso, bouilloire etc etc
Un séjour vraiment super !!

The house is clean and well-equipped. The kitchen has all you need for home cook meals. The bedrooms are clean and the beds comfortable. You do need a car to move around the island. The location is great if you want to enjoy the beach activities at Les Tipaniers. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the gated community which serves delicious food and is quite convenient. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks for a great stay.

Location was so amazing over looking all of Moorea every day! Two rooms had great AC units to stay cool and the room with the ocean view stayed cool from the breeze. There was a convenient washer and dryer and great kitchen area to cook all of our meals in. Holy Steakhouse was a great American style restaurant right at the bottom of the hill where the villa is located and was open every night. There is also a convenience store down the road where you can get food, alcohol and small necessities! Our villa really made our trip special and I would highly recommend staying at the Legends Residence!
